The visit of the head of the International Coffee Organization (IOC), Mr. Nestor Osorio, to Russia has ended. This Intergovernmental organization under the auspices of the UN unites 77 countries of the world, and Osorio himself is a very influential international figure, the most rigorous and qualified expert in the world on coffee issues. The program of the trip included participation in the 2nd Moscow International Coffee Forum and negotiations with senior officials of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation on Russia's accession to this authoritative international organization.
During his trip to our country, Mr. Osorio, together with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Colombia and representatives of the National Federation of Coffee Producers of Colombia, also visited the plant of the Moscow Coffee House.

The head of the IOC was surprised by the excellent quality of the products and the fact that Russia has already surpassed the leading European countries in coffee production. To the question: "What can you say about what you saw?" Nestor Osorio replied: "I'm impressed! I can say that this plant would be considered a leading coffee production plant in any country."
In addition to serial production, the guests were given the opportunity to try a unique experimental development of the company's specialists. After trying the new product, Mr. Osorio appreciated it: "This is the best cup of coffee I have drunk in Russia!".
