The United Coffee conference was held in Moscow from September 12 to 14 & Tea Industry Event is a joint tea and coffee event, which brought together more than 2 thousand specialists from all over the world. The general sponsor of UCTIE was the Moscow Coffee Shop on Payah.

Within the framework of UCTIE, 37 tea and coffee experts of international class held more than 40 seminars, lectures and master classes on tea and coffee - from plantation to cup. The participants of the conference learned how to roast coffee, cook it and serve it.

8 teams of coffee lovers took part in the coffee championship: they learned how to taste coffee, choose water and milk for it, and in the final they themselves acted as teachers of coffee business for young visitors of the exhibition.
We presented the winning team with the main prize - a trip to Ethiopia.
