The harvest in Colombia is coming to an end
The harvest is coming to an end on the high-altitude plantations of The Moscow Coffee House".
Unlike cheap robusta, precious Colombian Arabica is harvested gradually. On one tree, as a rule, there are both fully ripe and green berries, and the skill of the picker consists in picking only bright red and sweet "cherries" - this is how coffee fruits are sometimes called.
Ripe berries will have to undergo drying, roasting and the strictest quality control, cross the sea – to become part of the blend of the "Moscow coffee house on shares" and be on the shelves of Russian stores.
